About remote support
This support tool will allow an ArchTronics support agent to connect to and control your computer remotely to help solve your issue.
A small program will be downloaded to your computer to make this connection possible.
You can disconnect from the session at any time by simply closing the application.
For security, once a session is closed it cannot be re-opened again. If you want to continue a session your agent will have to start a new one with a new session ID.
